Since 1992, Bill Gardiner Inc. has constructed 7 large (6,000 to 17,000 square foot) homes in New Canaan, CT and 7 (three presently under construction) in Greenwich, CT. The homes, both custom and speculation, range in value from $4 to10 million and are considered some of the finest luxury homes built in these upscale communities. Mr. Gardiner has also been the developer (overseeing subdivision and approvals) of properties in Greenwich, and is intimately familiar with the details and procedures of obtaining financing, wetland approvals, zoning, building, etc. He has established many valuable relationships with investors (both private and commercial), engineers, and town officials.
Mr. Gardiner has expanded geographically and now works on Kiawah Island, in South Carolina, in addition to Greenwich and New Canaan, Connecticut.. The first home being built is a 5,114 square foot Shingle Style Home, located in the Settlement at the River Course (private golf course). Construction of 53 Kiawah Island Club Drive began in August 1999, with completion scheduled for July 1, 2000.

Judith Larson has been involved in the design and construction of "high-end" quality homes for nearly two decades. She has designed a great many unique and prominent homes, renovations and additions in New Canaan, Westport, Greenwich, Darien, Weston and Wilton, Connecticut. She is a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design, an organization with strict admission requirements, which is dedicated to high ethical standards and the continuing education of design professionals (who concentrate exclusively on residential and light commercial construction projects). Judith Larson Associates also includes three highly trained and talented architect/designers-Elizabeth Hallock, Anthony Terry and Christine Manuel. Collectively, the group has received their educations in the field of Architecture from Cornell, Pratt, U Penn and Yale University. Also, members of the team have interned at some of the most prestigious architectural firms in Fairfield County, Connecticut and New York City.
The Architect/Builder Exclusive Relationship
Bill Gardiner and Judith Larson work exclusively together. If a client wants a Judith Larson design, it will be built by Bill Gardiner. If a client wants a Bill Gardiner built home, Judith Larson will be the Architect. This concept has been developed over several years of working together, and has proven to be exceptionally successful. Homes completed by the Bill Gardiner/Judith Larson team, have been built with the highest level quality and design, within strict time frames.
In June of 1999, Judy and Bill were married.
